Meridian Team of Supreme Lending is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the mortgage business. They will also have strong customer service skills while taking calls and gathering basic information. The candidate will also make outbound follow-up calls with current customers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must be proficient with computers and phones
- Excellent customer service experience preferred
- Accurate typing skills
Day-to-Day Duties
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls to gather customer information
- Data entry
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily tasks
