always responded to emails quickly, was very helpful through out process. the only thing i have is there were multiple people involved early in process and got little confused on who true point of contact was . but over all i would recommend the company to any of my friends and family .

In the beginning you were very quick to respond, GREAT I realize that it is difficult sometimes to get everything coordinated to make it faster. Seemed that we had to go back and forth several times for more information. Maybe if everything got checked ,sent to us so we could do all the extra’s at one time. Only other thing I feel could have been better was the company that did the evaluation of the property not quite as good as they should have been. When the pictures were taken of the inside they were very dark, should have used a flash. Also missed the fact that it does have a microwave oven which was not checked in the box. I will say as far as Meridian its self I feel they were very very good.

Overall very happy with what we got and the mortgage product they put us in. Personally I prefer to work with fewer people, thus my reason for giving 4 stars. Everyone was very professional and helpful and the process went as I expected for the most part. Paying for the appraisal and inspections that are necessary is a great selling point. I would recommend Meridian but also would feel obligated to inform the consumer of the number of people they will work with.

My first estimated financial package (refi cash out) i later found out was based on my house appraising at $50,000 more than valued. Then based on the updated real figures i decided to go conventional mortgage instead of FHA. Other staff were excellent and kept me posted and informed. Closing went well. Just know all your mortgage options because the deal typed up may not be the best.

The absolute BEST customer service experience I have ever had. They stayed on top of my loan and communicated every step of the way. Easy close!

Holy mackerel was that easy. From my first conversation with David Committee, to my last conversation with Anthony Spinelli, and everyone in between, it couldn’t have gone smoother. Having your ducks in a row certainly helps. Meridian paid for my appraisal and I was under no obligation until the appraisal came back. Easily the best refinance I had yet. Meridian was able to help me combine my first and second and pay off debt while cutting my monthly bills by almost 35%. The loan officers and representatives were A+. They were timely and responsive and I felt they were my advocates. There was a bit of a snag with underwriting not understanding that my solar panels were MY solar panels. They sought contract/lease information for the panels as though they were a lien against the property. My analogy was that the solar panels were no more a lien than a new HVAC unit. Team effort was required to resolve the questions.

Working with Meridian Home Mortgage to do my mortgage refinance was a pleasurable experience. From my first contact with my loan officer, Sharon, to the document department, Sara and then on to Mark & Zach in the pipeline department, all went very smoothly. When I inquired how long it would take I was told 4 -6 weeks and they were spot on. I would have closed in 5 weeks, but chose to wait the extra week to due personal reasons. They sent the closing agent to my home and within 4 business days I had my old mortgage paid off and my net proceeds check in had. Can’t recommend Meridian Home Mortgage enough! Five star in my book.
