I was admittedly a little skeptical of using a non-local company to go through the refinance process, but Meridian’s staff was excellent to work with and never left me feeling disappointed. As others have stated, the staff was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Everything moved along quickly, typically with me being the hold up. Thanks to the entire team!

Every aspect of our mortgage refinance with Meridian was top notch! Someone was always in touch with us either via phone or email or both. Courteous, pleasant and prompt. We have a great experience. Everything was easy and painless! Communication between us was open and frequent. They kept in touch throughout the whole process. Answered any questions we had quickly. I still can’t believe how easy the process was.

The only negative thing I can say is that I was estimated 300 dollars more on my mortgage and in the end it was 425 dollars more. Other then that they did a great job

The overall process was easy. I had all of the documents needed. The probelm I had was underwriting. I was in underwriting for 6 weeks. The whole process took 2 months. I’m still happy with the final product but the hard part was sitting and waiting for weeks on end.

What a great experience with Meridian HM. The staff was .excellent. Both Mark’s were fantastic. We have had a few mortgage closing during our lifetime, but Meridian HM was the easiest and fastest lender. Good Job. (I MEAN EXCELLENT).

I had taken the time to visit with several companies about re-financing my home ( including the original National chain bank I used to buy my home ) One thing that stood out to not only me but my wife as well was the fact that in the initial literature that we received in the mail was the “family” approach. When I called with I spoke with Brendan.. no pressure answered questions and responded to my inquiries quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the Professional and courteous service I received from Meridian. I had been receiving many offers to refinance including from my current mortgage holder. Meridian went through a couple of scenarios with me and was able to obtain a lower interest rate than even my current mortgage holder offered. I liked the setup of a group of individuals I was able to work with so whenever I had a question I was able to get my answers almost immediately.
