Every mailer that I get is suspect to me, however I went and checked Meridians reviews and they were as good if not better than some other companies. I have all my debts paid off now, cash in hand for home repairs and my mortgage payment barely went up because they got me a fantastic rate. Its worth the call, they made it so easy and the worst that can happen is you say no thank you. I would use them again in a second, very professional and always available to get back to you

Was completed as advertised

This was the first refinance I’ve ever done, so I was not sure what to expect other than family & friends giving me what they experienced. It was a very smooth process from my first call I made to Jacob Holland who went over with me all that I needed to know ahead of time. I also had allot of dealings with Phil Thompson who also was a pleasure to do business with. I was always kept in the loop as what was currently going on and the time frame that we were looking at to handle the closing. I had hoped to get it all finished before Christmas and my wish came true. I would highly recommend them for your mortgage needs.

We refinanced to a lower fixed rate. Everyone we were assisted by along the process at Meridian were very helpful and easily accessible.

A straight forward refinance experience with a professional and helpful staff.

Overall, was a very positive experience. Some of the steps for the underwriters and having to do the same step multiple times even when good communication was had was aggravating. However, the overall experience was positive, everything worked out exactly how it was proposed and my direct contacts at Meridian were great to work with.

I have refinanced homes in the past but the experience with Meridian by far has been the best! Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick and professional service. Answered any and all questions with ease and promptness.

Quick & efficient.

Process was fluid and seamless. Any bumps were handled easily and quickly with each person involved in the process. I just sat back and let the team do their job. Everyone was pleasant, professional and eager to answer all questions. No stress!

Overall a great experience. It took a little longer than i expected which is why i did not give 5 stars. Some questions and documents needed were questionable but went through the process.

Started out the offer was out of this world. Ended up being okay. I’ll eventually get where I need and am glad we were able to do what we did on the refinance.

I had the best possible experience with the Meridian program. I was able to refinance my home, mostly online, for a better rate. In addition, my home equity and another loan was paid off while leaving me with some cash in my pocket. Meridian staff was always polite and able to answer questions.

I am very happy with the refinance deal.

The original letter did estimate my home to be valued for more than the appraisal found it to be, and this increased the predicted interest rate and decreased the total credit payoff estimated at the beginning. in addition, I find I am still paying mortgage insurance which is a sizeable chunk and does not benefit me at all. In spite of these points, I am happy with the refinance and would do it again.

We had an excellent experience all the way through the loan process. From the originator Phil Fiorino to the closer Marleen Shaneybrook the process was efficient and professional. They even answered the phone when we called with questions! The Title Company also did an excellent job.

The refinance process was a tad lengthy but I understand the company has to do their due diligence in making sure everything is done correctly . Christopher Andrews and Jennifer Palmer were awesome during the entire process. The only complaint I have is the company uses the balances when they do the I tap credit check as the payoff balances for credit cards. When I revived the checks to pay off my credit card the amounts on a few checks did not pay off some of my accounts and had to come out of pocket to actually pay off some accounts. If the sprit and intent of the refinance is to pay off credit cards the company should get the actual balances so the customer should not have to come out of pocket. This is why I rated the company 4 stars instead of 5.

The team at Meridian did a great job on my refinance. I had lofty goals in that I wanted to get a lower APR, move down in payment terms and clean up a couple of debts to free up some cash flow. Meridian helped me accomplish all these goals. The process was easy and once you get rolling the time from start to finish goes very quickly. I would highly recommend Meridian!

Initially we had hoped to close by end of October, however additional documentation was requested which slowed the process. Team was great in keeping us informed and professional. I would recommend all documents be requested up front unless it is policy after underwriting receive loan request. If needed, I would use your company again in the future.

After reading some of the posted reviews for the mortgage process I wanted to post my experience. After the mortgage market crash that almost brought down our economy, there are many consumer Protections in place for a reason. Everyone I spoke to was very upfront and very thorough about the process. In particular Christopher Andrews, Phil Thompson, and Matt Brown. The entire process took A little more than two months, but my wife and I are very glad Mouradian was in touch with the mailer to get this whole process started it came out or you need time because I was looking to do a refi and consolidate first, second and some credit card debt. The costs were to be expected. The company is very professional and very thorough probably the best experience we’ve ever had with the mortgage company. I would give them a recommendation at any time and I hope this review will help.

Even though the process ended up being longer than I expected, the people we worked with were exceptional!! Communication was timely and thorough. we were very pleased with the outcome!!

I appreciated the professionalism of everyone I was in contact with. I found all of them to be knowledgeable and most importantly, they were responsive. I felt they really looked at all of the possibilities to make my loan request become a reality. I would recommend Meridian to others should the opportunity arise.
