My experience was excellent. I was treated professionally by everyone, that also includes the appraiser, closing attorney etc.. Everyone was very courteous and attentive to my needs.

It was a lengthy process, but I am thankful for the opportunity that Meridian Mortgage has afforded my family. Prior the getting my loan refinanced, we were drowning in debt. We didn’t have the greatest credit score either. But through the hard work of Meridian loan officer(s) and their resilience and persistence in working with the underwriter, my loan was eventually approved. Being relieved of all that credit card debt and receiving a cash payout to has afforded me an opportunity to do some much needed repairs. Thank you for all your help. It is truly appreciated

The customer service was top notch! All of the representatives we talked to were always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. When we sent questions to them, they always responded timely to our inquiries. At closing, we received a little bit less than what we were told initially, but the overall experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Meridian. My purple team members Philip Fiorino, and Oliver Quinn, keep me in the loop from start to finish. Although the process is long, and the request for documents many, they were constantly keeping me up to date with the process. In the end, I got every thing that I wanted with my refinance. Thanks again for making this a good experience.

I couldn’t have asked for an easier, more flexible way of refinancing my mortgage. I work a lot of hours which makes my time not the easiest to work around but your team found a way. All the people I had dealt with at Meridian where consistent on their times and true to their word. Which in turn I found to be trustworthy. I am very satisfied with your services and will recommend them to anyone who is looking in to refinancing their home mortgage.

A long process but everyone was kind and very helpful. Only one small thing we didn’t understand, we gave our bank routing information for a direct deposit (we thought) but our cash was wired and we were charged a $15.00 fee for that process. We questioned our bank and was told if it would have been directly deposited there would not have been a fee. Over all this was a very pleasant experience!

I was very pleased with the high level of customer service that I received from Meridian. The individuals on the team that worked with me kept me in the loop throughout the process. They were courteous and professional and demonstrated interest in my account. I highly recommend Meridian for all mortgage needs.

My recent mortgage refinance with Meridian was a great experience. Every person who handled my loan during the process was efficient, pleasant and easily reachable if I had any questions. Meridian has my highest recommendation.

My experience was excellent, especially with my main contact at Meridian, Jake Holland. He was informed, responsive, and available. He really helped my confidence level in the company. It was about a two month process for me but I knew they were being thorough and there was never a lag in things…I was always working with a member of the team.

Everyone was very kind and willing to help. They help me get out of dept and into a better financial situation. At a time a really needed it.

Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and very helpful. The only hiccup was the length of time my loan was with the under writers. That step alone took over a month. That being said, everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

Very NICE PEOPLE … Underwriter process VERY SLOW … the whole process took almost 3 months beginning to end. The underwriters would go until they found one hic-up and send it back .. then the next week another hic-up and they would stop AGAIN … instead of going through all of the paper work and sending it back all at once. By the time I was finished I had paid bills 3 times so most of the balances being paid off had been over paid by as much as $1500. A month after checks were sent out I am still waiting for refunds from the over paid accounts. The processors were VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL with my frustration. But I have done other homes in as short as 3 weeks !!! Still I was pleased … to get it done FINALLY !!!

Our refinance process was very straight forward without any surprises and we were very happy with every customer service representative we had contact with. We were kept informed about every step along the way. The process took a little longer than your traditional refinance at the local bank but in the end the wait was worth it. Would do business with Meridian again.

Overall very good

Total process was without any issues. But things were a little slower than I expected. I was a little worried when I received my property tax bill which should have been paid in July. Call Phil Thompson he said it should have been and said he would check to verify that a check was sent.

Super quick and easy. Great communication. Always answered my questions pretty fast.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. All of the Meridian associates I dealt with were polite and informed. I would definitely recommend using this company for your mortgage needs.

All went well until we got to Underwriting. Moved very slowly, total about 60 days (they had said 30-45 days from start to close so I guess 2 weeks extra is not bad?). Otherwise very professional and on top of things. I would recommend Meridian to my friends. Thank you Matt and JoAnn for all you did for me and my daughter!

I would definitely recommend Meridian for a mortgage company. We were trying to do debt consolidation and they were wonderful. We had previously tried another major company and we weren’t happy with them. Meridian was friendly, quick, and efficient. Go glad we made this decision.

This was a very easy process for me. Everyone was super nice and explained each step as it progressed. It went pretty fast start to finish and was a very intelligent move for myself to refinance as I now am able to breathe a bit easier.

Overall I thought the experience was fantastic. The people at Meridian are very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to do business with. The only suggestion I have to improve the process is that they should either communicate more clearly that the offer email is based on a snapshot in time that could be two-three months prior, or pull updated balances when they begin the loan process because having old information can effect the outcome.

Received a letter in the mail from Meridian about their rates for refinancing. I did a fair amount of research and ended up feeling most comfortable going with Meridian. The whole process from start to finish was very easy, all staff were more than helpful, and provided me with peace of mind through out the process. I highly recommend refinancing with Meridian. I had been contemplating refinancing for a while and I received a flyer in the mail. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The process was seamless from start to finish. Constant communication from each department along the way. I would definitely recommend Meridian to anyone considering refinancing.

I have to admit that when I received a flyer in the mail from Meridian I was skeptical about using them for a refinance because I’ve gotten a lot of those offers. However, after I called and spoke to a rep, I felt like they were legit and knew what they were doing. The refinance process was flawless. They walked us through everything and we got our cash-out check within about 45 days from start of the process. I would highly recommend using Meridian if you are looking to refinance.

Everything was taken care of in a timely matter, the only thing I didn’t care for was that you start with one agent and by the time you are done you have had to speak to about 4 or 5 different agents and trying to remember all their names. the agents were all very well mannered and helpful so I was pleased with the outcome. The main process was mainly smooth, the one thing that was a little frustrating as the options were given but the fact that certain choices would lengthen the process was not communicated at all. Everyone was friendly and very responsive.
