I had received a lot of offers from companies offering refinance packages. I chose Meridian, because they showed me a real life scenario about how the package would look like if they paid off credit cards (which I was seeking to do) including which cards and the amount, and what my monthly payment would be. We refinanced and coupled two loans and took out cash for house project. What a wonderful experience. I was nervous to do this. But it was smooth sailing right to the end. I recently closed on a refinancing loan. This was my third refinancing in the 18 years that I’ve owned my home. Working with Meredian this time around was a real pleasure. They made the process very simple and with no upfront costs what so ever. I traveled out of the country for three weeks during the process and was able to complete my portions of the process with a simple smart phone. I had the best team working with my wife and I at Meridian Mortgage. I found issues with the VA and the closing of the loan. The VA for just dragging their feet and the closing.

Not sure this will get to Glenn Belt, but I hope it does…… My experience with Meridian was “outstanding”………I’m a 70 year old gent with too much debt and my mom passed away a month ago…………When I received either a mailing or an email from Meridian Home Mortgage back in late 2018…… I figured, “what the heck, let me try this company………It was superior right from the very beginning…… Each person I spoke with, David Committee, Nicole Wheat, Anthony Spinelli, Anga Hoffmann, the notary here in Connecticut and Richard Smith, were so professional, warm, caring and very personable…….I felt so comfortable with each one…..especially Richard Smith, who was the one I dealt with the most. Your employees were exemplary, supportive and extremely helpful. Going through this refinance at this point in my life and dealing with the failing health of my mom was something that concerned me, but it was so reassuring and amazing that I was accepted by your company….. I can’t say enough about your your staff…….this refinance is giving me a new life…. and I’m able to stay in my home. This is the best thingl!!! Excellent. Everyone was super nice and Nick Outten was great and funny too. I was informed every step of the way. Very happy dealing with Meridian. I would do it again except I only have one mortgage for right now. I recommend Meridian to anyone.

Knowledgeable and polite. Only comment would be to limit the number of “pipeline” reps that client deals with. Everything should go thru one contact – I know all those folks make the process work, but I think one contact for the client would be better.
